ROOMS TO RENT
It is over 2 years since we last had a room available to rent at Melbourne House.
From 1st September, Room 6 & 7 will be available to rent. Short term leases available.
Room 6 is £375 per month. Room 7 is £625 per month. Rent includes all expenses such as electricity, gas, insurance, water, waste and a meet & greet service at reception.
