Happy 18th Birthday Spirit🩷

So as a few of you know, 10 years ago I had to make one of the hardest choices, saying goodbye to Spirit.

After 10 long years of wondering where he could be, trawling social media, posting in groups, doing everything I could to no avail. I started to come to terms with the fact that there was a chance he was no longer around.

After a really awful week earlier this year I was slouched on the sofa, mindlessly scrolling through TikTok when I saw a Piebald pony with a really familiar coat pattern and my stomach knotted. I clicked on the profile and there he was. Alive, well and best of all he was thriving. Feeling sick with nerves I reached out.

Spirit is now living his absolute best life over in the Netherlands with Rose Anne Landzaat and Julia Landzaat
How lucky am I, to know that the pony that left such a mark on my life that I swore once he left my side I would never own another again, is living a life with a family that loves him for all of his quirks and all that he is.

My boy, now Rose and Julia’s boy, living a life of luxury is the best gift I could have ever received in this lifetime.

Happy Birthday, Full Of Spirit🩷

Finally, my first day off in 4 weeks - I don’t know how I let that happen😅

Despite the tiredness, I wouldn’t have had it any other way. As well as my usual yards, I had the pleasure of popping in to see many horses and ponies I haven’t seen in a while, whilst their owners had gone away for the weekends and Bank Holiday.

On top of that I got to spend a whole week adding Millie and Layla to my daily routine. I absolutely adore these girls and turning them out as the sun was rising was such a glorious way to start each day. Thank you Jess Horne and Rachel George❤️

Thank you to everyone that has trusted me to look after their precious four legged children - it’s been a great month!✨

Ending 2025 with gratitude❤️

As this year comes to a close I just want to say thank you.
To every single person that has trusted me with their horses this year, I am so incredibly grateful.

This year didn’t exactly go to plan, especially when it came to showing up online. I wasn’t present on social media as much as I would have liked to have been but the work behind the scenes has been non stop.

So once again, thank you to each and every one of you that have supported myself and my work this year. You’re the reason I get to do what I do!

Happy New Year! Here’s to 2026 ✨

Summer is officially over with a lovely storm heading into Autumn 🫣
Once again, a post about how awful I am at posting (truly hopeless) but after an incredibly busy summer I am now taking a week off to not only celebrate Max’s birthday but slow down for a week due to health reasons.

I will be back to it on the 13th and even though I have done a handful of horses already, my diary will be open for clipping. Spaces for clipping will be extremely limited as I will be fitting this in around yard work where I can.

I will reply to any messages when I’m back and once again, hopefully, start posting more regularly 😂

Sad to see this week come to an end!
It was so lovely to see Millie and Layla again and to add Cassie and Raggie to the list of horses that give the best cuddles!
What a pleasure it’s been to look after this gang for the last 7 days whilst their mums were away!❤️

Breaking the silence!

What seemed like was going to be a great start to the year was quickly uprooted, changing my whole perspective on the way I’ve been managing work and life in general. And the only way of approaching this was, well, if you’re stagnant then you’re not evolving!

The last 3 weeks have been undeniably unpredictable but have definitely set me up for the best year yet to come.
Between delving into new opportunities, turning 28, getting the keys to our new house and the seemingly impossible task of getting as much moved as possible before I went in for surgery.

As few of you know, my health has been on a slow decline, especially over the last 12 months. Having a job that is so physically demanding definitely took its toll, not helping with the chronic fatigue, full body aches and painful flare ups. Being met with phrases like “we’re all tired” or “other people have it worse” I decided it was just best to keep my support circle small.

I won’t get into the ins and outs but the surgery was a success, although finding a bit more than we bargained for with several of my organs fused to my abdominal wall, causing permanent nerve damage to my left leg and lower back and a passage between two organs that was abnormally small which they were able to widen.

I am so grateful as a freelancer to have the support that I do from my clients and I’m looking forward to getting back on my feet and to normality and to the few friends, family and fiancé Max that have been by me every step of the way.

I am taking each day as it comes, but come April will be branching out, now I have the time to take on more work and get back to doing what I love most. Availability post to follow in the coming weeks.

In the meantime, here’s a throwback of me on the gorgeous gentle giant Wonky🤎
