This week we revisited another
Commercial project at Machynlleth main carpark, which was completed back in 2022

We were initially approached by Powys County Council to provide a best value quotation of the redevelopment of the garages.

The job remit was to:

Remove all Asbestos roof coverings✅
Alter roof structure to increase the pitch to 4 degree minimum slope✅
Install 685m2 new continuous insulated box profile roof ✅
Remove all doors and install 32 new garage doors✅
New roofline work Barge ends ,facia and gutters ✅
New electrical Connection to 4no garages ✅
Gullies and Drainage upgrades ✅

This week we revisited a project at Elan Valley , New pathway installed at Pen y Garegg Dam.

We were initially approached by Dwr Cymru / Welsh Water to design a suitable path on uneven ground that would stand the test of time in a very damp conditions.

Our approach to this design was a self draining resin bound surface with extra anti slip coverage.

All ground work done by our selfs:

Pavers✅
Kerb steps✅
Hand rails✅
Resin Bound surfacing.✅
