This Saturday 5th - Cambridge area midday onwards
Wednesday 9th - Royston area late morning onwards
Wednesday 16th + Thursday 17th - any area various times available
Friday 25th morning only

P.s Don’t forget to make the most of my group deal- when booking more than 2 horses at a time on the same yard each session will cost just £50 per horse!

Ever wonder how water treadmills target specific muscles and joints? 🐴💧Veterinary research shows that the water level on a treadmill completely changes how a horse uses its body. When water is low (around the fetlocks), horses naturally lift their knees and hocks higher, which is excellent for gently increasing joint flexibility without any hard impact. When the water is raised higher, the natural resistance encourages them to activate their core, lift their backs, and engage their large hindquarter muscles (like the glutes). Science proves that this targeted movement helps horses build a stronger topline and balanced muscle tone in a safe, low-strain environment 🐴💧This helps to prepare them for activity we ask them to do which reduces injury risk.
Always consult your vet or professional team first to ensure your horse is ready for this therapy. Introducing it at the right time and for the right length of time is essential. When used correctly, it provides incredible support for your horse’s long-term health, soundness, and overall comfort.

Busy day at Meesdenbury stables with 8 gorgeous horses feeling relaxed after their sessions. Cillians first session went well with some huge releases seen when working around the thoracic sling musculature and he enjoyed some positional release 😃

What a fantastic day training towards our BHS Coaching qualifications with Fred Hodges at Trent Park Equestrian Centre 🐴✨

Fred, a British Eventing Level 4 Coach and BHSI (Level 5 Performance Coach), has such extensive experience developing riders and horses across all levels of eventing. It was a brilliant day packed full of learning, laughs and plenty of valuable takeaways! 🤩

Now to get practicing!! Alice Clarke thanks for all the guidance- looking forward to setting up physio/training clinics/ camps with your expertise !

What a great day spent treating these four lovely horses while managing to stay (just about!) cool in the heat!
Each horse responded brilliantly to a combination of low-level laser therapy, kinesiology taping, and, of course, my favourite tool—my hands.
There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing horses relax, move more freely, and feel more comfortable after treatment.
