We are delighted to be at Korea Post to experience our counter dimension platform in action. Growing parcel volumes has led to the need for operational improvement, especially through retail induction points.

From this Gangnam Branch, Bedal is being used to capture label text for address verification and volume data for revenue protection. What is otherwise done at the sort centre is now being done at the point of origin.
