- Performing full legal secretarial duties, including digital dictation, audio typing, and copy typing.
- Engaging with clients via phone, email, and written correspondence to update them on case progress and address inquiries.
- Handling general administrative tasks like photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Managing file opening and closing procedures.
- Inputting and retrieve data using the firm's digital case management system.
You will naturally be proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and other IT tools, with an interest in law as demonstrated by either experience or some type of qualification.
