We are excited to announce that BIL Group Ltd have acquired the EVO Supplies ‘The Skate People’ brand. This marks another step in the strategic addition to BIL Group’s existing portfolio of material handling brands.
BIL Group manufactures castors and wheels for a wide variety of industries and materials handling equipment used by delivery drivers and in warehousing operations. The company, which employs more than 60 staff and boasts its own branded range of products, was acquired by PHD Industrial Holdings in 2022. This is the company’s second acquisition and follows the purchase of H Varley Ltd in March 2024. Looking ahead, BIL Group remains focused on expanding its portfolio and capabilities. The company is actively pursuing further acquisition opportunities within the materials handling and castors and wheels sectors to strengthen its market position and deliver even greater value to its customers.
Tim Murrow, Managing Director of BIL Group, said: The EVO acquisition is another pivotal milestone in the history of BIL Group and the next chapter of our growth story as we continue our commitment to UK Manufacturing. EVO’s skates and dollies are an attractive product range which also brings significant synergies in combination with castors and wheels. EVO is a well-established brand, with a strong reputation for its high quality in the UK market, and we are looking to build on existing and new customers and export this product further to a wider market.
