Talking about the UK real estate game out in the desert 🐪

I left my job in the first quarter of 2022 (been over a year now).

A lot of people underestimate what can happen in the next 12 months & overestimate what can happen in the next 5 years.

I started with the rent to rent model. Rental arbitrage.

A. Great for those with LOW start up capital who want to get stuck in the property ladder but don’t have the means to do it by the traditional way🏡 🪜

B. Or for those who have wealth but are cash poor, and are looking to build a cash flowing business 💰

I fell into box A 📦 as I definitely did not come from a well off family…

Flash forward to today, I am going onto bigger deals. Rent to rent has allowed me to build my cash pot and I can’t wait to get back to the Uk 🇬🇧 start buying properties to start
creating wealth!

I would never have been able to do this without the rent to rent model using Airbnb to market my properties was the best thing that ever happened to me.

Turned this property around in 3 days 🚀👏🏼

The past 2 years, building the business meant sacrifices had to be made 🤧

No routine. No gym. Barely any sleep. Eating takeaways everyday. Leading to digestive health issues. Lack of socialising, missing family dinners/ events.

I don’t advise anyone to do the above but I had a vision and I executed on it no matter what it took it was going to be done.

I knew by the end of it, it was all for the better of me and my family 🤍

It was worth it.

Within 2 weeks rent and bills are paid ✅

Remaining of the month £1400 net profit based on average nightly rate of £110💥

1 rent to rent property would replace your income🚀

2 rent to rent properties would probably allow you to quit your job🔑

3 rent to rent properties would allow you to have disposable cash left over to start making some life changing decisions 🏅🏆💫

I’ve done this model over 15 times now 🏘️🙌🏻

At 19 I started my rent to rent business. At 20 I left my job. At 21 I moved out and have become independent & give back to my family❤️

It is doable. You just need to take the first step☄️

Dreams do come true 💭

Moved out of my family home, as I just turned 21, to my first ever apartment. On February 15th 2023 my journey to further independence began.

A test to see if I would be able to financially take care of myself as I now had rent to pay, electric and water bills, council tax and grocery shops..

I passed.

LITTLE SPACE OF TIME !

I ALWAYS SAY THIS. CHANGE IS UNCOMFORTABLE BUT THAT'S PART OF EVOLUTION. YOU GROW AND GET BETTER.

IF YOU'RE NOT PUTTING YOURSELF IN THE DEPTHS OF THE WATER YOU WILL STAY STUCK IN THE SAME POSITION FOREVER.
