Kym Netherton Counselling Hi, I'm Kym, I'm a qualified therapeutic counsellor. I hold an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling.

Counselling can be beneficial in treating or finding ways of coping with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, addictions, eating disorders, long term health conditions, bereavement, gender and identity confusion, relationship difficulties, parenting, sexual issues and many other problems which may happen over the course of life. I have done a further Post GraduateDiploma with The Tavistoc

Foundation Trust and I am an Associate Member of the Tavistock Society of Psychotherapists. I specialise in the treatment of Eating Disorders. I also have a passion for working with pregnancy, birth and the early attachment process. I am a qualified Mindful Mamma Hypnobirthing Practitioner and teach Hypnosis and Mindful birthing techniques, these assist in the psychological preparation for birth and help you to have the best birth possible.

Something to share - this morning after meditating I spontaneously asked myself the following two questions,

'What would my current self tell my 15 year old self?'
and
'What would my 100 year old self tell my current self?'

The answer, to both questions was the same;

'love yourself completely, experiment, play.'

Great way to tune in to your inner wisdom!
