Sunday marks international Yoga Day 🧘🧘

Did you know that Heywood House offers yoga classes on Wednesday mornings at 8am with Yara. Taught in our executive space, The Treasury, but when the sun shines, the class is taken to the coach pit creating a unique and calming atmosphere.
