We listen to Julia Donaldson audio books in the car pretty much every journey we do! I've had the same 10 stories for a number of years now, but look what came from the Amazon man today!!!! I'm so excited!!!

Why choose a childminder? 🤔 This picture does a wonderful job of explaining some of the benefits of a childminder. As an Ofsted registered childminding setting, we provide a welcoming, home from home environment adapting to each child's needs and interests. We get to know each child extremely well, working closely with the child and their family. We go on walks and trips in the community and provide children with so many life experiences. We follow the same requirements as nurseries, but dont have the restrictions on space, we mix our age groups and have lower staff ratios. It's also a much more personal relationship. We enjoy quality time for each and every one of the little ones we care for. We can be flexible with snack/meal times, nap times, play times and outdoor times, listening to what the children need each day. We prepare children for life and for school. Every Childminder and their home is different and unique. ❤️

Well I cleared out the 'pond' this weekend as it had gone so green we couldn't see a thing!! And we are finally getting out first little frogies. Now to release them back to their forever homes. The children are loving watching them, and picking some up (gently!). Still lots of tadpoles left, so think they will be keeping us entertained for a while yet 🐸🐸

Our bug houses are a busy metropolis for the Bees this year and we have been watching them with great interest, talking about Bees and why they are important.

So I may have gone a little crazy at Lidl yesterday 🙈🙈 hope the children enjoy them 🤞 they are lovely, great quality toys and I got all this plus a few of other bits for just under £100! Bargain!
