"Becky has been providing care to our mother, for two years. Mum has dementia; she is a fit, cheerful 82 year old who lives independently in a warden assisted flat. Becky works with mum for 2 or 3 sessions per week, helping her to maintain her independence while providing care and companionship. Becky helps mum with her weekly laundry, shopping and other chores. However, most importantly, Becky provides company for mum, taking her on outings, preparing and eating lunch together, going for walks and doing puzzles etc with her.
We value Becky enormously. She is highly professional and discreet; she is also totally reliable, punctual and organised. Becky has built a warm relationship with mum and works to ensure that she is happy and safe. She also communicates well with us and other care professionals involved with mum's care. We have no hesitation in recommending her."
