I had a coaching session yesterday with a world stage athlete.

The gremlin had got hold of their mind running havoc with negative dialogue and self destructive thoughts ๐Ÿ’ญ

That person is not alone, from a comment in a meeting to a high stakes performance many experience this everyday. Itโ€™s keeping you stuck, distanced from the person you really are, the difference between what you are achieving and what you can achieve can be unlocked with the resources you already have.. your mind.
