Maybe summer isn't quite over yet🤞
But this large, fabulous limited edition, (10/35). Polymer gravure, spitbite aquatint. Titled "Sea Wall 2026." By Emma Stibbon RA. Certainly captures the force of a coastal storm.🌊

Mounted in "Glacier" conservation whitecore.
And framed in a 23mm black moulding. From the "Soho" range, by Larson-Juhl UK

Finished with Ultra Vue 70 glass. From Tru Vue®. For for that crystal clear viewing and 70% UV protection.👌

An original acrylic on panel. By contemporary Scottish artist, Simon Laurie. (RSW,RGI).
A 30mm gold moulding, from the "Florence" range was used. By Larson-Juhl UK
And to add to this, a fillet slip from LION Picture Framing Supplies was incorporated.
As it was signed on the back. 2mm acrylic was used, as backing.

I'm pretty sure you don't need me, to remind you. That this is the last bank holiday before Christmas. 🤯🫣
Here's something festive for you. 🎄🧑‍🎄
A ceramic tile from Germany. Depicting "Stille Nacht"

This has been fixed onto a background of "Imperial Blue" (All reversible).
Then a float mount of "Silurian Blue" whitecore.
(All manufactured here in Cumbria).
Leaving a 3mm gap around the tile.
Framed in a black/burgundy moulding from the "Urbane" range. By Larson-Juhl UK
Finished with plain glass.

Back in the workshop on 2nd September.

Here's a fab piece of needlework.🪡 "Light up your life" from Bothy Threads. Based on work by Lucy Pittaway.
Laced and mounted in "Light Blue" whitecore.
Framed in a 15mm, solid white moulding .
Finished with Ultra Vue 70 glass. From Tru Vue 👌

Staying with our feathery friends theme.
A lovely piece of 3D needlework. Laced and then mounted in "Moss Point Green" whitecore.
A spacer was used to float the mount above the work.
Then framed in a Gold/Orange moulding. From the "Ponti" range. All from Larson-Juhl UK
Finished with plain glass.

P.S.A reminder that I finish this Friday (21st). Back in on 2nd September.
