I’m recruiting an In-Person Access PA to support me at events, meetings and during travel.

📍 North East based (Newcastle / Whitley Bay area)
✈️ Some UK travel
🧠 Access-focused, neurodivergent-affirming work

This role is about:
– being alongside me in busy, high-stimulus environments
– helping with organisation, note-taking and navigation
– providing grounded, practical support in real time

I'm looking for somone who is:
– calm, observant and organised
– comfortable in dynamic environments
– and understand (or have lived experience of) neurodivergence

This role involves supporting me at events, meetings and during travel — helping with organisation, note-taking, navigating environments and providing access support.

I’m looking for someone who is:

calm, organised and observant

1. Digital Content Creator (freelance)
Supporting content strategy, creation and brand development (approx. 2 days/month)

2. In-Person Access Personal Assistant (freelance)
Supporting me at events, meetings and during travel (Whitley Bay / NE-based with some UK travel)

Both roles are part of my work across coaching, the music industry and advocacy, and are grounded in values of accessibility, inclusion and social justice.

Do you have to open up straight away? Is it like therapy? What if you’re not sure what you want from it yet?

I had a brilliant time at the North East Cultural Freelancers ’ first ever “unconferenced” on leadership. Such thoughtful conversations, a welcoming atmosphere — and some genuinely lovely people.

Bonus joy: they provided pipe cleaners as fidgets, which made my neurodivergent heart very happy. More events with sensory-friendly touches, please!
