BERNIE BARRY CHAIR YOGA 13.30-14.30 @ ST. JOHN'S METHODIST CHURCH Chair yoga is ageless and it is not about sitting. It provides important feedback that inform, refine, and enhance the understanding of the alignment of a variety of postures (standing, seated, backbends, inversions, restorative). It suits those with limited mobility but also those who are open to take a fresh and dynamic look at their practice. This will be a relaxing and therapeutic class open to all.
