Thank you, Stephen, Rob and Natalie 👏🎉

This week at BNI A2Z Billericay we said a big thank you to the leadership team that has steered our chapter for the last term. Running the top table means early alarms, late-night admin, tricky conversations and keeping a room of business owners on time every Wednesday. These three did it all, and did it with a smile.

So of course, each of them went home with a gift picked just for them 🎁

• Stephen Mulcahy, SMP Construction Ltd, outgoing President ☕
Seven years a member and a President who led from the front. Stephen gets a mug, because every builder needs a proper brew between jobs.

• Rob J Groves, Bloom Financial Management, outgoing Vice President 🧮
As VP, Rob kept a close eye on the numbers that keep this chapter growing. As a Finance Director, he deserved nothing less than a giant calculator. Rob carries on as part of our Membership Committee.

• Natalie Jackson, Action Coach, outgoing Secretary 📣
Fourteen years a member, and anyone who has heard Natalie in the room knows exactly why she got a megaphone. She capped off the morning by winning the Oscar for her presentation too. What a way to sign off 🏆

This week's Oscar goes to Natalie Jackson of Action Coach 🏆

Every member gets a short slot to say what they do and who they want to meet. The Oscar goes to the one who:
• Makes a specific ask
• Keeps to time
• Gets the message across clearly

Natalie did all three. Quite a morning for her too, as she also handed over the Secretary role and went home with a megaphone 📣

A new chapter for BNI A2Z Billericay 🚀

Please give a huge welcome to our new leadership team, who took their seats at the top table this week 👏

• Reegan Parmenter, T&B Property Management Solutions, President
• Chris Smith, Central London Consulting Service I.T, Vice President
• Simone Hinds, Seeder Heights, Secretary/Treasurer

They didn't waste a minute. On day one they shared their vision for the next 12 months, and it's one every member can get behind:

A chapter where members know one another well enough to refer with confidence.

What that looks like in the room:
