We are now in our 8th year and we are looking for an eCommerce Account Manager to join our expanding business, under our iStoreLabs brand.
We are looking for someone who is motivated, meticulous, has good attention to detail, can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work concisely under pressure, and who has good character and an outgoing personality.
The right candidate will be responsible for daily management of multiple eCommerce accounts on the world's largest eCommerce platform, uploading products, responding to provider and client queries, and questions.
You will work closely with Directors and Head of Administration and will be responsible for managing eCommerce accounts, customer and client communication, managing customer data, product uploads, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing current and future clients
- Identifying and managing client needs and queries
- Professional communication via email/Skype/WhatApp
- Good verbal and written skills
- Precise data entry management
- Product uploading
- Accurately maintain working documents/ Google Spreadsheets
- Desired Experience:
- Customer service experience preferred
- Administration and organisation skills
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- A dynamic, cheerful personality with a ‘can do’ attitude and proactive approach
- Good rapport building qualities
- A self-motivated person
- Good communication skills, at all levels within a business
- Experience using Google Docs is an advantage

Hours:
9.30 - 5pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday
12.30 - 8pm Tuesday & Thursday
2 hours Saturday & Sunday
Salary: £15,000.00-£18,000.00 + Commission per year (dependant on experience)
