SATURDAY — 30, 50, 100-Fold — You Won't Know Until You Start
Some seed yields thirty-fold, some sixty, some a hundred. You don't get to choose which one in advance — you only find out by planting.

My tomatoes are already spilling out of three pots and still spreading (more cuttings to be potted). I didn't know they'd do that when I first put that tiny seedling in the soil. I just started.

This is exactly why diversity of seed matters — in the garden and in business. Don't put all your hope in one offer, one idea, one client type. Plant a variety. Some will surprise you. Some won't take. But a diverse harvest is a resilient harvest.

FRIDAY — Early Fruit Isn't the Finish Line
I was SO excited to see my first green beans. That first sign of fruit does something to you — it's proof the work wasn't wasted.
But here's the shift nobody tells you about: the moment fruit appears, your job changes. You can't care for a fruiting plant the same way you cared for a seedling. It needs different support now — otherwise, all that early promise never makes it to harvest.
In business, this is your first sale, your first client, your first bit of traction. It's tempting to relax right there. But early fruit is a milestone, not the mission. Keep watering. Keep protecting it. The harvest isn't guaranteed just because the fruit showed up — it's guaranteed by what you do next.
Don't stop at "it's working." Push through to "it's finished."

# — The Soil Matters

A seed can be perfect and still fail... if the soil is wrong.

In business, your soil is your mindset. And here's what I've learned — when you start a business, 80% of what determines your outcome isn't your product, your pricing, or your plan. It's what's going on in your head.

Doubt is bad soil. Comparison is bad soil. "I'll try and see" is bad soil.

Good soil only gives you two options: winning, and winning. That doesn't mean everything goes right — it means you've decided that setbacks are lessons, not verdicts. You either win now, or you win later because of what you learned.

Before you fix your strategy, fix your soil. Your mindset will either starve your seed or feed it.

MONDAY — The Seed In Your Hand

What's in your hand right now?

An idea. A skill. A business plan you've been sitting on. A conversation you keep putting off.

It's still just a seed. And a seed in your hand, no matter how good it is, has zero yield. It has to leave your hand before it can become anything.

Here's the truth: you will never know what your seed can yield until you plant it. Not by holding it. Not by studying it. Not by waiting for the perfect season. By sowing it.

My tomatoes are now in three pots and can still spread further....
