Interact Contact Centres Leading UK customer experience outsourcer, named Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year 2023.

Interact was founded in 2011 by the former UK management team of one of the world’s largest outsourcers. The concept of the company is a ‘hub and spoke’ operation, with a network of regional medium-sized contact centres feeding into a central ‘hub’ in Richmond. The intention is to locate the regional centres in areas of high unemployment, with the first based in Wigan.

A huge well done to everyone recognised. Your dedication, commitment and positive impact haven’t gone unnoticed. We’re incredibly grateful for everything you do and proud to make sure you get the recognition you deserve.

Our ‘Interact Hero’ awards are all about celebrating those who go the extra mile. It’s great to see them taking flight again across our teams, recognising the difference our people make for their peers, customers and the wider community, delivering great CX every day.

Delighted to share that Interact Contact Centres has been recognised in the Wigan Borough Business Awards 'Hall of Recognition'.

As one of the largest employers in the borough, this is a brilliant milestone for our Wigan team and a real reflection of the hard work they put in every day. 💚

As an employee-owned business, this means a great deal, showing just how much our people care about delivering great customer experience on behalf of our clients, as well as the role they play in supporting the local community.

Some of the Interact Contact Centres Learning & Development team have been out and about this week, getting the latest insights from Learning Technologies Expo.

It was also brilliant to speak to so many people from all across Europe who share the same passion we do, making sure learning is inclusive and genuinely helps people grow in their roles.

Beyond the headlines around AI, much of the focus turned to learning experience, skills impact and how organisations show real outcomes rather than just activity. At Interact, learning is built around people first, but it was inspiring to see how innovative technologies, including robots and virtual reality, are being used to support different learning styles and everyday application.

💚 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗮𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 💚

It’s Love Week across Interact and our amazing people have been getting fully involved. From quick fire quizzes to handmade cards, it’s been a great way to spread some love, appreciation and fun.

Our Port Elizabeth team have been sharing some joy of their own with a reminder to everyone, ‘Do nut forget how awesome you are’, complete with a donut to match. A perfect chance to show some appreciation for the people who make Interact what it is.

Thanks to everyone who took part and helped fill the week with laughs, creativity and plenty of heart!!!

We only went and won… 🏆✨

Last night, our brilliant Learning & Development team took home Best People Development at the Northern Contact Centre Awards, and we’re still on cloud nine.

We’re so proud of how our L&D team supports our people to grow, not just in their roles but in ways that make a difference in their everyday lives.

A special shoutout to Katie, who was also a finalist on the night. A huge achievement and so well deserved. 👏
