One of the things that constantly dismays me is the lack of respect so many business coaches and consultants have for our wonderful profession. Let's face it, my 16 year old daughter could decide today to be a business coach.

It interests me how sceptical people are these days.

I've been sending you video testimonials from business owners just like you recently, who since joining my MILLION+ Programme, have added hundreds of thousands even millions to their businesses.

And although we get the regular questions about the success of the programme... we also get feedback from people questioning my rugby playing career.

Some people don't believe I had one!

Now from a marketing point of view (and this is an important lesson for you too) if anyone doubts your credibility on one thing, it by default means they won't believe anything else you say. Which means... they'll NEVER become clients, customers or patients.

So being completely transparent is, of course, vital to your success.

When I was a pro rugby player at Leicester Tigers, everything was done for us.

I mean EVERYTHING...

Our team training programme.

Breakfast.

Lunch.

Fluid intake.

Weight training programme.

Speed and agility training programme.

Diet.

Stretching programme.

Skills programme.

But more importantly, other than the team training sessions, everything else was completely TAILORED to each player.

As you can imagine that was critical to our success.

You've got guys like Martin Johnson, who was 6 foot 6 inches tall and weighed 18 stone. Will Greenwood, who was 6 foot 3 inches tall and 15 stone. Austin Healey, 5 foot 8 inches tall (sorry Austin, just joking!) and 13 stone... and everything in between.

I was just under 14 stone, light compared to today's wingers.

Lee's very excited...
