PROJECT COMPLETE – 10 DAY TURNAROUND✨

Another property completed and handed back ready for occupation.

The bathroom required a full strip out due to significant water damage around the WC area. Once removed, further damage to the floor structure was uncovered, along with a substantial amount of debris beneath the floorboards.

Works completed:
• Full bathroom strip out
• Rebuild of damaged subfloor
• New wet room flooring (cap and cove)
• Installation of new sanitaryware
• New storage cupboard
• Modern shower panels fitted throughout

The living area and bedroom also required remedial works following a leak from the radiator, which had caused sections of the floor to become unstable.

Works completed:
• Replacement of damaged floorboards
• New underlay and carpet
• Full preparation and redecoration throughout

The property has now been fully reinstated and is ready for its next occupant.

Another successful boiler installation completed ✔️

For this project, we carried out a fast turnaround installation for one of our vulnerable housing clients, ensuring heating and hot water were restored as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We installed a new heat-only boiler along with upgraded controls to improve efficiency, reliability, and ease of use for the customer.

A great result all round, with the system now running safely and efficiently ready for the colder days ahead.

Communal shower repair completed🙌🏼

We were called out to a leaking communal shower area, and as shown in the progress photos, the issue was caused by a sunken shower tray.

Our team stripped everything back, removing the existing shower tray, screen, and wall panels. We then rebuilt the base using treated 3x2 timber framing with a 12mm concrete board top to ensure a solid and long-lasting foundation.

A new shower tray, panels, and screen were installed, and we repaired the surrounding walls following the removal of the old panelling. The entire room was then prepped and painted to give a clean, fresh finish.

We also refitted the existing electric shower with a new shower hose and the existing extractor fan.

All works now completed — fully restored, watertight, and built to last👍🏼

A fantastic upgrade that both we and the customer are really pleased with. Alongside the new boiler, we installed a new programmer for better control and efficiency. While carrying out the work, we also identified and repaired two leaks to make sure everything is running as it should.

While on site, we also renewed the base due to a water leak and insulated the pipework to help improve efficiency and reduce heat loss.

A great upgrade and one that should give reliable performance for many years to come🔧💧

Sometimes it’s the smaller upgrades that make all the difference.

For this VOID property, we carried out a few essentials ready for the new resident - fresh wet room flooring, a new bath panel, paint touch-ups, a full clean with new silicone, and a new grey carpet in the bedroom.
