RM Fabrications Ltd are looking to employ a reliable Steel / Architectural Metalwork Installer to join the team at RM Fabrications Ltd.

Whether you’re a seasoned pro or someone looking to break into the trade, we have a steady stream of work across Dorset and Hampshire. We are primarily looking for an experienced installer, but we are more than happy to take on more than one person if you are keen, reliable, and ready to learn the ropes from a skilled team.

We handle everything from heavy lifting to fine finishes. You’ll be out on-site installing:
• Structural steel frameworks.
• High-end balustrades (glass, ferrous, and non-ferrous).
• Diverse architectural metalwork for a variety of local projects.
What we’re looking for:
• Industry Experience: Previous time spent in the steel industry is preferred.
• A Benefit: Experience with TIG or ARC welding is a huge plus for on-site adjustments.
• The Basics: You’ll need a CSCS card as a minimum.
• Attributes: You should be strong, physically fit, and a solid team player.
• Keen to Learn: If you’re less experienced but are reliable and ready to work hard, we are happy to train the right person.

• Mainly Local Work: Most of our projects are in Dorset and Hampshire—meaning less time in the van and more time on-site.

• Solid Crew: Join a professional, supportive team that takes pride in their work.
