⭐ Monday 28 September | 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀, 9:30-11:30am at Holden Farm, Alresford, followed by a shared potluck lunch.

From 12:30-3:30pm, 𝗝𝗼𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘁 will lead “𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂, 𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀”, 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗮𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 exploring how our personality influences the way we network, communicate and build business relationships.

The workshop includes a confidential personalised iEQ9 Enneagram report, usually valued at £45.

This is a ticketed event, and we have three ticket levels available: Supported: £44, Standard: £66, Abundance: £88 - depending on what you can afford.

The Network Strategy Masterclass and Enneagram workshop are open to Athena members from across the network.

So often, people only think about their network when they suddenly need a referral, a recommendation, a fresh idea, a bit of courage, or a way into a room they have not yet reached.

But the relationships that carry us in business are usually built long before that moment. They grow gently through conversations, generosity, consistency and care.

There is real strength in tending to your connections before there is anything urgent to ask for. A simple message can be enough to remind someone that they matter to you.

This week, perhaps ask yourself who you have been meaning to check in with, simply to reconnect.

Lorraine’s words made me smile. “𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲.” Because, of course, we are here to promote our businesses, grow our confidence, build referrals and develop that all-important know, like and trust. And... the magic happens when the space feels safe enough for women to be themselves while they do it.

Athena works because relationships are built over time. We get to know each other properly. We support one another, recommend one another, and celebrate the reputation each woman is building, not just locally, but across the wider Athena network.

Excited for this to go on the wall in our newly decorated home - just a week to go before I can start putting the house back together. I'm not sure if this will be a kitchen or a bedroom piece 🤔

Where does your discretionary spend go? Mine goes to art workshops and tutorial, and theatre and gigs.

I took a number of inspo photos for a similar approach to Mont St Michelle. Let's see how the experiment goes!
