What does the UK construction industry demand today?
Fire safety. Fast delivery. Proven performance.
And we’re proud to say — we deliver on all fronts.

In the wake of London Construction Week 2025, one thing became crystal clear:
Our A1 fire-rated fiber cement boards aren’t just a material — they’re a necessity.
• Over 90 minutes of fire resistance, tested and verified by Efectis.
• Delivered in as little as two weeks, right to your UK project site.
• Designed to meet the highest standards of durability, safety, and sustainability.

Architects, developers, contractors — they’re not just interested, they’re engaged. Because when the stakes are high, the materials must rise higher.

Why Fiber Cement is the Smart Choice for Interior Applications
In addition to its undeniable superiority in exterior applications,
Fiber Cement is the material that offers exceptional benefits for interior use as well. When it comes to wet areas, ceilings, and floors, Fiber Cement is the material that delivers on all fronts.
Not only does it offer superior durability and resistance, but it also provides a healthy, efficient solution that can transform the way we approach interior construction.
Fiber Cement is ideal for wet environments, ensuring water resistance without compromising on aesthetic appeal. Whether it’s used in ceilings or flooring, the material excels in withstanding humidity and moisture, making it the perfect solution for bathrooms, kitchens, or other damp areas.
But the benefits don’t stop there. Thanks to its versatility in thickness, fiber cement simplifies the construction process, reducing labor time and improving overall work efficiency. The ease of handling and installation means faster project completion, saving both time and costs.
In addition to its functional properties, Fiber Cement offers enhanced comfort by providing thermal insulation and soundproofing benefits, ensuring a healthy and comfortable living space.
Isn’t it time to embrace Fiber Cement as the future of interior design ?

📢 Important Update for the UKConstruction Industry 🇬🇧🏗️

On 2nd September 2024, the **Minister for Building Safety and Homelessness** issued a Written Ministerial Statement regarding the **recognition of Conformité Européenne (CE) marking** for construction products. The previously announced deadline of 30th June 2025 for CE marking recognition in Great Britain has now been **revoked**. 🚨

This is a significant change for all stakeholders involved in the construction sector, as it directly impacts product compliance and standards within the UK market.

🏗️ This decision brings both opportunities and challenges for companies operating within the UK and across Europe. The industry's adaptability will be crucial in navigating this evolving regulatory landscape.

Let's stay updated and continue to ensure high standards to the projects in The UK 🌍

During my recent trip to Dhaka, Bangladesh, I witnessed firsthand the dynamic and evolving landscape of this vibrant country. Despite the unfortunate tensions that arose, I remain optimistic about Bangladesh's bright future.

Bangladesh presents a tremendous opportunity for growth in the construction industry. The demand for infrastructure development, residential projects, and commercial spaces is immense. This country is a burgeoning market, rich with potential and ripe for investment.

What truly sets Bangladesh apart is the warm reception and eagerness of both the government and the people towards foreign investors, particularly from Türkiye. There is a unique synergy waiting to be harnessed, and now is the perfect time to explore.
