A brilliant first day with the team at The Fig Tree Shanklin, working together on what it really takes to create consistent 5-star guest experiences.

I’m also incredibly pleased to welcome The Fig Tree as an official ImmersiV XP Founder Partner. 🚀

Being a Founder Partner is about much more than adopting new technology. It’s about being one of the hospitality businesses prepared to lead the way, invest in its people and help shape the future of immersive hospitality training.

Today the team got hands-on with ImmersiV XP, making decisions in realistic hospitality situations, learning from the consequences and experiencing what it means to have a safe place to fail, learn and improve before facing those situations with a real guest.

Tomorrow we build on today, turning the learning into clear standards, training priorities and actions that support Wendy and the team’s ambitions for the business.

✨ Tonight has been one of those nights that makes you stop and think… how blessed am I? ✨

What a phenomenal evening at the Enterprise Vision Awards 2026. ❤️

A room filled with extraordinary women, incredible stories, courage, ambition and determination. I laughed, I cried, I hugged, I connected and I came away reminded once again that the people we meet along the way really do matter.

The connections tonight have been absolute gold dust. ✨

And then, just when I thought the evening couldn’t give me any more…

My taxi driver who took me there AND brought me home turns out to be from Windermere! He used to be one of the best chefs in Cumbria and has a very famous dad. What are the chances?! 😂

I keep saying that serendipity is playing its part in my life at the moment, and tonight it certainly felt like it.

Sometimes the most special moments aren’t planned. They’re the conversation you weren’t expecting, the person you happened to sit beside, the introduction that came from nowhere or the taxi driver who somehow has a connection to home.

I’m going to bed tonight with a very full heart.

Thank you for a full and blessed life. Thank you for the people I already have in it and for the incredible human beings I continue to meet along the way.

Tonight reminded me to keep showing up, keep saying yes, keep connecting and keep being curious about where this journey might lead next.

Because sometimes the magic really is in the people you meet along the way. ❤️✨

Yesterday at Shechain Live brought together so many things I love: brilliant people, inspiring conversations and a little return to my hospitality roots! 💛

I was honoured to be asked to help and support Coral Horn, Lizzie Beckford and the Pink Link team at their very first Shechain Live event. Helping out in the VIP gallery took me straight back to my hospitality days. Looking after people, making them feel welcome and being part of the buzz. I loved it!

So lovely to see my fellow Cumbrian ladies Lisa Jackson, Natalie Barker, Jen Maxwell, Sukanya Naillah and Karen Thom. Such wonderful support, with cheers as I was shortlisted for the Pitch Me Quick competition. Sorry if I’ve missed anyone! 💛

Although we didn’t win, seeing ImmersiV XP showcased to everyone was such a proud moment. Thank you for being in my corner! 🙌

It was lovely to see Lucy West again and catch up with Lee Chambers, who gives the best hugs. It’s been far too long!

I loved reconnecting with fellow TiE Global North finalist Lucy Hope and finally meeting Tan from Success Resources. Meeting the amazing Marco and Monika Chomka was another highlight. We could have talked for hours about mindset and the methods we share a passion for!

And catching up with my buddy Clare Ellis made the day even more special. We’d left it far too long. 💛

There were so many people I missed, but I’m coming away grateful for the friendships, encouragement and conversations.

Thank you, Coral, Lizzie and the whole Pink Link team, for inviting me to be part of your first Shechain Live.

Now I’m looking forward to the Enterprise Vision Awards tonight and celebrating incredible women in business who are sharing their inspiring journeys. ✨
