Theres something about this loundza and halloumi toastie that gets me salavating!

Its become a common lunch time meal on my trips to Cyprus and trying to replicate the flavours in the uk, i have fibally mastered it!

Hotdog roll sliced doen the side (not the top)
Light dairylea slice
Thinly sliced halloumi (placed next to dairylea)
2 sopocka loin slices
Cucumber sliced thinly
Vine tomato sliced thinly

If you really want, you can add some light mayo but it is delicious without and not worth the calories for me.

Heat in toastie maker for 3 minutes until cheese is melted and a nice crisp outer coating appears.

Enjoy!

Which should you add to your meal?

Well, the short answer is “Ideally both”, but there are a lot of factors.
What’s your goal?
What’s your health profile?
Everyone is individual and one meal dows not fit ALL people, so you do need a personalised diet plan to wnsure you are getting the best balance of the nutrients, macronutrients and micronutrients that your individual body requires.

For example, if you have high cholesterol, you will need to be conscious about adding certain fats to your diet, but carbs will not affect you in the same way. That would be a better source of energy for you.

High protein, high fibre, overnight oats

30g rolled oats
16g chia seeds
10g flax seeds
Protein shake powder
100g fat free greek yoghurt
Approx 100ml Skimmed milk
Mix everything with a fork until powder dissolved. If need more milk, add until a “double cream”consistency with bits.
The chia will swell overnight and thicken the mixture.
Enjoy with blueberries for a pop of sweetness.
