Theres something about this loundza and halloumi toastie that gets me salavating!
Its become a common lunch time meal on my trips to Cyprus and trying to replicate the flavours in the uk, i have fibally mastered it!
Hotdog roll sliced doen the side (not the top)
Light dairylea slice
Thinly sliced halloumi (placed next to dairylea)
2 sopocka loin slices
Cucumber sliced thinly
Vine tomato sliced thinly
If you really want, you can add some light mayo but it is delicious without and not worth the calories for me.
Heat in toastie maker for 3 minutes until cheese is melted and a nice crisp outer coating appears.
