Specialist care

Elderly Care - Day-to-day support at home
At County Care we recognise that ‘there’s no place like home’ and with a personalised care plan, we will support you or your loved one to remain as independent as possible whilst at home. We offer a range of services including:
Assistance with personal care including bathing and continence management
Moving and handling transfers using hoists and stand aids
Assistance with medication
Rehabilitation support after health or medical procedures
Support managing daily household chores such as light housework, ironing, changing the bed
