Taking time out each Friday morning to focus on our businesses and the opportunities we can create for each other is such a great way to end the week.

Stephen Reeve kicked off with Givers Gain for his core value and shared with us about investing in relationships; we reap what we sow, followed by Craig Harffey 🦍in the Education Slot this week, where he reminded us why we dont want to leave our chair empty.

Dan Hayward presented Caroline Romero with her May Network Leader award and Roy Khan began the presentations this week with his 2-mins as he won the Oscar last week.

Poppy Shokar set the scene for her 10-minute presentation, making a grand entrance in court attire; it was good to find out more about how she works and the Civil side of her role.

Caroline Romero shared a verbal testimonial for Poppy Shokar, which was a bit of a tear-jerker, and Roy Khan presented the Oscar this week to Dan Hayward.

What an interesting week. The Marketing Power Team has rebranded to the Expansion team and on Friday took over the 10 minutes and Thad Cox led the group through the thought process and the podcasts we have created. We can't wait to share this concept with other power teams outside our group.

Poppy Shokar shared her feelings in the Core Value, when she chose 'Positive Attitude' and Thad Cox enlightened us in the Education Slot about asking for your TOP performing clients.

We celebrated our May notable networkers Caroline Romero, Poppy Shokar, Christina Garidi and Thad Cox awarded Roy Khan with the Oscar this week.

Only a slight deviation off-script this week, with our amazing stand-in President Mark Fryer and stand-in VP Amardeep Dosanjh, supported by Julia Nelson, our Secretary/Treasurer. Great job holding the top table together this week.

Amanda Gee began with the Core Value this week, recognising Laura, our incredible caterer, who opens up, serves up and locks up for us, every week with out fail and with a smile. Thad Cox led the education slot with a great musical chairs speed networking event. A great way to begin the meeting.

We then heard from Oliver Wing in his 10 minutes, hes a highly motivated heating and plumbing business owner, who when hes not installing heat pumps or boilers, is climbing mountains or running across the county.

We flew around the world today on a whistle-stop competition, hosted by Nikki Marlborough during her 10 minutes, testing our knowledge of the world's hidden destinations, with prizes flying around the room. Such a great buzz thanks, Nikki.

Oliver Wing shared his core value this week, Positive Attitude and as he was just back from an SAS Weekend, you couldn't have got a better person to share about it.

Thad Cox talked with us about First Time Events and experiences and how they stick in our mind. His education slot linked back to BNI when he told us that so many BNI experiences are first-time events, so make them work well.

Poppy Shokar was our Oscar winner last week and presented Stephen Reeve with the golden trophy.

We also said we well done to our April Notable Networkers: Caroline Romero Craig Harffey 🦍Oliver Wing and Richard Preedy.

We are going to jazz it up again in a few weeks with a Prop week; be prepared.

Topsy Turvy week had us all beaming and cheering, knowing how much your colleagues know about you and your business is a winning combo.

This week's meeting began with a great Core Value from Nikki Marlborough sharing on accountability, followed by Purnima Gore in her education slot, and we heard about how life has three currencies: Money, Knowledge & Time.

Matthew Wells took the floor for his two minutes; he was our only member this week to deliver on his own business and then awarded Poppy Shokar the Oscar.

Caroline Romero then shared all of the businesses she is currently working with and how ' she never takes no for an answer' no one was going to debate this!

This week was celebrating all things Purnima Gore, having her won the Oscar last week we heard from her in her two minutes, she also took the floor for her 10 minutes presentation and was one of the zero-zero heroes this week along with Richard Preedy and Toby Wheeler CeMAP CeRER

Thad Cox reminded us about the power of your network! Did you know that 20 of the 50 UK Prime Ministers went to Eton? This was a good nudge for all of us to work our current networks as hard as we can.

This Friday, we welcomed Nick Forgham, its always good to see a visitor from the region and he had the pleasure of hearing Joseph Cerilles Romero deliver his 10-minute presentation. Joseph does a fabulous job of representing Parfitt Cresswell in the Conveyancing seat in our chapter.

Thanks to Purnima Gore for her wonderful core value this week, where she 'recognised' the incredible generosity of an amazing BNI member she met on a recent trip to the US, Margaret Reynolds from the 321Launch chapter.

It was a pleasure to welcome Steve Jewell and Julian Lewis as visitors to our chapter meeting this Friday. They joined us just in time to hear an insightful 10-minute presentation from Bhupinder Kahlon.

Bhupinder showcased 'Review Local', a powerful platform designed to help local businesses shine. He explained how the tool leverages 5-star reviews to build authority and, crucially, how it optimises a business’s credibility in the new landscape of AI-driven search.

Richard Preedy shared his views on one of the core values this week, Building Relationships and Julian Lewis shared with us a few of the 14 ways to promote yourself and your business each week, along with announcing the chapters Bronze Award for 20+ members.

Our Network Leaders: Zero Zero Heros were Caroline Romero Purnima Gore and Gary Willis.

It was wonderful to hear from Lau, our new charity member, during his 2-minutes after winning the Oscar last week and then he passed it on to Gill Werrett for her consistent and caring approach to her 60-seconds.

There was also a heart-warming testimonial given by Poppy Shokar to Nikki Marlborough for her recent Vietnam trip. Sounded like an incredible experience.

Another great BNI meeting today at the Royal Windsor chapter and it was wonderful to hear so many great referrals being given.

Thanks this week to Mark Fryer for his great core value Building Relationships and how running you own business can feel isloated and BNI meetings can stop that in its track. Also another powerful education slot from Thad Cox, reminding us that getting a good sub helps to keep our messaging consistent.

Congratulations to Christina Garidi as our President's Hero this month and to Serena Dodd who won the Oscar this week. We all loved her specific 60 seconds about the hummingbird. If you want to find out more book a 1-2-1.
