For the quick wins, the check-ins, and the “can I just run this past you?” moments.
📝 Written meeting notes
Clear, structured actions you can look back on.
Even if you say, “Sian… I don’t read them 🙈”… they still matter.
Sometimes we shorten them.
Sometimes we simplify them.
And sometimes, they’re there for me to track your progress even if you prefer another style.
🎬 Goal videos
Because some people need to her it, not read it. Short personalised videos summarising your focus, priorities, or mindset shifts for the week.
🎙WhatsApp & voice notes
Perfect for fast-moving minds, busy days or when the it gets heavy and you need support in the moment… or have a good rant!
Why all five?
Because no two clients are the same. Once I know which formats you naturally gravitate towards, we lean into those.
Plus we always take on client feedback - a client once shared that things made sense in our sessions but the meeting notes confused them. This happened because we spent too long trying to add so much detail to the meeting notes - lesson learned and we developed our approach. We love feedback like this 💪
