Have you ever felt alone? Truly alone? Like the first time you discover that the person you thought was your closest ally and friend suddenly wasn't there for you any more, and you had no warning at all that this was about to happen?
For me, this happened the day my eldest brother died, tragically and inexplicably, he was far too young. It took me years to move forward again, and without the help and support of those who loved me, including my wonderful husband, my mother and the bereavement counsellor who walked beside me, I honestly don't know where it would have ended.
But for some, it isn't death that causes that void, it's the sudden, and intentional, departure of the partner you loved, the one you thought loved you back.
So what do you do then?
If that was me, then I know I would look no further than one of my own clients, Paula Crowhurst, who brings comfort, strength, understanding and stability into the lives of her own clients.
If you know someone who could use some of that right now, or if you could use a little yourself, then check out her latest book and the course that runs alongside it. You'll find them by using the link in the comments or by using the QR Code on the image.
