The risk profile and oversight software is now live!!!
Further plans already in motion to keep developing this system. The feedback we receive from our clients will continue to shape and mould the system into an all in one governance and risk system to support clients of different shapes and sizes to maintain oversight of their service and the organisation as a whole.

We are still here!!
Busy bees, helping and supporting as many people as we possibly can.
Supporting with ad-hoc requirements, ongoing support, mock inspections, quality audits, coaching, operational support, freelance Quality Director roles, PIR support, CQC responses, registration support, mentoring and advice and many other things.
Our risk profile and governance systems go live 1st November.
Our policies will hopefully go live within the coming weeks too.
Our diary remains mostly full for our team - but we do keep some dates available for emergencies.

We remain Requires Improvement with our Facebook updating though :-)

Over two years now in Quality Consultancy world!!! Time has flown by. Enjoyed every minute and has been nice to be a part of positive changes in the sector.

Risk profile software/ compliance tracking software continues to receive positive reviews and will be onboarding clients starting September.
Policies are almost, nearly ready and will be being sending out our first batch the end of next week.
Multiple new clients have received support through the past couple of months and a very busy period is approaching with additional planned services coming on.
Recent CQC successes in relation to adding service user bands, setting up new providers and improving CQC ratings between inspections.

We enjoy supporting staff to grow and processes to streamline. This all has a positive impact on staff wellbeing and the support that people receive.
