As an independent, family-run business, we take massive pride in our customer service and fast dispatch. While our advertised delivery is 1–2 business days, we consistently manage same-day dispatch and next-day delivery, whilst competing directly with the biggest names in the wholesale industry with such a small, but effective team.

Our team is currently navigating a private family matter that may temporarily reduce the hours we have available to pack orders from time to time. We believe in being transparent with you, rather than quietly extending our delivery times without anyone knowing a valid reason. If your order takes an extra day to dispatch in the short term, please know that our high standards haven't changed— we just needed a little extra time that day.

It’s not something we wish to announce but to manage customer expectations is really important to us.

Here is what you need to know:

Business as usual:

This will not affect any planned back orders or incoming stock which we have been working extremely hard on. Everything behind the scenes is carrying on as normal as we gear up for a fantastic Halloween and Christmas season! 🎃🎄

Delivery updates:

The vast majority of orders will be completely unaffected, but delivery times may temporarily adjust to 1–3 business days.

Urgent orders:

We will still aim for next-day delivery and this will be possible for the majority, but to met your expectations - if you need stock urgently for an event or deadline, just drop us a quick WhatsApp message/email before ordering and we’ll confirm if we can get it out same-day.
