Just to prove that accidents do happen to everyone. Here we have a cake I made for a customer on one of our freakishly hot days. Customer took it home, following my advice, put it in her fridge to stop from melting. Neither of us realised how hot the day was going to get & the cake still had to travel to its final destination & didn’t quite make it 100% intact. Luckily my lovely customer didn’t stress, rant or rave she just said ‘It’s just one of those things’ bless her 🥰 so in future I will be asking how long will the cake be in the car so I can advise how to prevent this from happening xx.

This was a surprise birthday cake for a very regular customer of mine 🥰 from a new customer (her brother). The information I received was she likes Victoria sponge cake, favourite colour is purple & he liked the ‘Hello 30’ he saw on another cake. So I went with my heart & this little beauty emerged 💜💜.
