Shel's Little Pearls I am a registered childminder available for childcare in both term time and School holidays. My husband works full time. We also have a sleepy cat called Oscar.

My husband and I both have DBS checks and have undergone safeguarding training to protect your little one(s). We have two children aged 12 months and 3 years old (January 2017). Our oldest will be starting reception in September 2017 and is currently attending pre-school/nursery at Tower Hill Community Primary School four days a week. ow difficult it can be to find childcare that you are comfortable with. My aim is to offer an experience for children and parents which, combines a safe, comforting, home from home environment with a fun stimulating learning platform. We will be going out and about to groups, singing, cooking, making or playing in the morning, then returning home for pre-school collection, a healthy homemade hot lunch and some play at home, including in the garden. Quiet time and space will be available as required for naps. After school the children will be offered another healthy homemade meal and more time to play and learn. I have availability from September for children under the age of 5, both full time and term time only.

The children and I keep active in the mornings by attending groups for music and craft or playing outside. I ensure that a range of activities and experiences are available to the children daily, such as free play with trains, cars, dens, musical instruments and blocks and supported activities such as reading, puzzles and play dough.

I have a separate play space and quiet space for nap times.

Childminders are required to follow the guidelines within the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework as a nursery would. I therefore observe the children during play to determine which areas of learning and development are progressing so that I can support their learning journey and provide new challenges in a fun way to suit each child.

If this is of interest to you, I have spaces for two little ones on Mondays and Tuesdays, these spaces may suit twins or siblings. Otherwise I have space Monday to Thursday for children under five years old. I work from 8am to 5pm, and I can assist you outside of those hours but the rate is higher. Please contact me for further information or to arrange a visit.

I have spaces up to 11.30am on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Fridays and full days on Monday. From September I will have two full time spaces available.

I currently have both term time and/or for School holidays spaces between 8am to 5.30pm, full or part time.

My husband and I both have DBS checks and have undergone safeguarding training to protect your little one(s). My husband works full time. We have two children aged 2 and 5 years old. Our eldest currently attends Tower Hill Community Primary School, so I am able to offer collections and drop offs there both for School and the nursery.

My aim is to offer an experience for children and parents which, combines a safe, comforting, home from home environment with a fun stimulating learning platform.

We usually go out and about to playgroups, the park, the library or to singing groups in the morning and then return to the setting for a healthy lunch, nursery collection and some play at home in the afternoon.

Quiet time and space is available as required for naps. After school the children have time to relax and play as needed. Evening meals can also be provided depending on collection timings.

Due to a child moving on from my setting to a setting closer to home, I will have a full time space available for one child from 15th February. The parents have kindly agreed to provide a written or verbal reference to a prospective parent. Please message me for further details.
