I think it’s important to keep learning about how to be better in my business, and so a few weeks ago I told you I had purchased a CPD Accredited Virtual Assistant Course. Well I completed it last night with a score of 100%.

Are you finding it hard to find the time to organise Christmas gifts for your clients?

Finding a gift within your budget, inputting all the delivery details, and placing the orders in plenty of time for delivery can be such a headache, but not for my clients. This week I will be ordering their Christmas gifts and arranging for them to be shipped nationally and internationally, so that they can arrive in plenty of time for Christmas. 🎄 🎁

I can even write Christmas cards and address envelopes, put the stamps on, and drop to the post box for you. 📮

So if this is one of those tasks that you’d like to outsource, let me know, I have some time available to support some busy business owners in the next couple of weeks.

I saw this little cartoon whilst on my social media break, and decided to screenshot and save it for when I came back to posting.

As a Virtual Personal Assistant, it’s my job to get those big tasks done so that my clients don’t have to break them into smaller tasks that are easier to ignore! 🤣

We all know strong passwords are essential in business, not only for our own security, but also for our client's security.

If I am ever required to create a password for a client passwordsgenerator.net is my go to website. It creates brilliant passwords, provides passwords of different lengths and allows you to customise the characters, symbols and numbers used in the password, and it doesn’t save them at all either. Introduced to me by an old colleague of mine, it is simple to use and provides you with complex password options for all scenarios.

Not only is today the first day of the last quarter of the year (where on earth has 2024 gone?!) it is also International Coffee Day!

I’m a coffee drinker, I love a coffee made with oat milk, nothing fancy, my husband is a (mainly) tea drinker, which side of the fence do you fall on?
