Emma Ryan Coaching Solutions

Emma Ryan Coaching Solutions Supporting motivated people who are ready to take action to create the life they want. My ultimate passion is helping YOU get to where YOU want to get to!

Emma Ryan is a Leadership and Resilience Coach passionate about supporting you as you grow, overcome challenges and achieve the success you deserve in your life and career. I deliver bespoke executive, life and resilience coaching programmes designed around your individual goals. I want you to succeed and I strongly believe in the power of coaching to get you there. As a qualified coach, mentor, c

areer counsellor and trainer I have a diverse set of skills that compliment my business experience in the Finance, Insurance, Pharmaceuticals and Technology industries. I have worked with graduates through to senior executives on a wide range of issues and goals but ultimately it is about getting you to where you want to be, whatever that might be. Like you, I have a career, family and personal life to juggle and I understand how tough the challenges can be. However I also believe that we can reduce the impact those challenges can have on us by clarifying what it is we want to achieve, tackling those self-limiting beliefs, focussing on the important things and taking the actions that will create the life we want...and leaving the unimportant stuff behind! For me it's all about a positive mindset and the belief in that next step. I love coaching and am continually amazed at the power it has in moving people forward. I have a positive and encouraging nature and my coaching style is honest, empathetic, enthusiastic and challenging. I am committed to your goals and am excited about how coaching can support your journey there. My Vision - "For you to understand your goals, enable your potential and take the necessary actions and changes needed to get you to success"

Drop me a line and we can discuss where you want to get to and how I may be able to help you get there!

🌟 Volunteering: A Gift That Gives Back 🌟

Did you know that volunteering can significantly boost our mental and physical wellbeing? Giving our time to help others doesn’t just benefit those we serve but also enhances our life in powerful ways.

Research indicates it can:

✨ Improve our health, life satisfaction and coping abilities (Casiday et al., 2008)
✨ Improve our mental health (Jenkinson et al., 2013) and wellbeing (Stuart et al., 2020)
✨ Help shape and establish our identity and sense of self (Tierney et al., 2021).

For me, serving others is very much aligned with my values and promotes a stronger sense of purpose and connection to who I am as a human being - it make me feel good! As we step into 2025, could this be the year you embrace ‘serving others’ as part of your health and wellbeing plan? Appreciating that time is limited for many of us as we juggle young families, caring responsibilities, big careers, etc. even the smallest of actions can make a big difference such as:

☕ Making the time to have a cup of tea with an elderly neighbour or offering a spring clean-up of their garden 🏡
🚮 Litter pick in your local area whilst taking a weekend walk
🏖️ Spend an hour of your holiday doing a beach clean

If you have a little more time, could you:

👭 Share your skills with a local charity that speaks to your heart
💚 Get involved in a larger project that brings people together with a shared purpose to create change for others.

This Easter, my family and I have some time to be able to go big with this and are super excited to be volunteering in Africa with the fabulous charity Go Make a Difference. Already so many people have reached out to me wanting to know more about what the charity does and exploring whether it may be something for them to consider, so here’s the link for anyone interested in learning more or getting involved: https://www.gomakeadifference.co.uk

And if this isn’t your thing, but you’d like to serve differently, then feel free to donate to our fundraising page. We are a way off our target but again, the smallest amounts all add up and will make the hugest difference. The link will be in the comments below.

I’d love to hear about how you serve others in your lives and the impact it not only has on others but also on your own health and wellbeing 💛
