Completed a flat roof overlay project in Battersea using a ResTec Flexitec system.

The existing GRP roof had started to fail, but after carrying out a core test we confirmed the build-up was suitable for an overlay. This allowed us to install a new Flexitec system and significantly extend the life of the roof, backed by a manufacturer guarantee.

A good example of how the right assessment and system choice can avoid unnecessary strip-out.
