⚠️EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY -
⚠️YARD SUPERVISOR/DUTY MANAGER

Experience in waste/recycling industry is an advantage and is preferred.

You will be responsible for managing yard operations and supporting/working alongside the Yard Manager.

Overseeing the daily organisation and management of waste operations, drivers and customer booking channels.

The role requires a reliable proactive individual with excellent customer service and communication skills.

Must be computer and telephone literate.

Maintaining high safety and organisational standards is high priority.

Must have Fork Lift Truck experince (Counter Balance).

Skills required:
- Supervising and supporting yard activities, including the organisation, storage, and movement of waste materials.
- Assist with loading and unloading of skips
- Ensure all deliveries/collections are completed accurately and on schedule, maintaining clear communication with team, drivers and customers.
- Reporting any maintenance/site issues promptly to Manager.
- Maintain a clean and organised yard environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Keep detailed records of deliveries, pickups, and waste movements.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently as part of daily tasks.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and external contacts confidently.

This role is ideal for an experienced motivated individual looking to utilise their responsibilities within the waste environment industry.

Hours: Monday - Friday
7am - 4pm Saturday AM only (peak operational periods)
