💙 *A little update for our lovely customers* 💙

We know how important it is for your children to have everything they need ready for the new school year, and we just wanted to say a huge *thank you for your patience and understanding* while we work through the very busy period. 🥰

Our team is working incredibly hard behind the scenes to fulfil *every order as quickly as possible*. We are also prioritising *older orders first*, so that orders are completed in the fairest possible way and nobody is overlooked. 💙

Whilst our website states everything is in stock some of your order may be awaiting embroidery which will cause delays at this time of year. From today any such item will not be guaranteed before the new school year begins. However we will contact you to let you know to collect the rest of your order.

We also ask that all customers please collect complete orders at your earliest convenience as our hold rails are now at capacity.

We have a busy afternoon and evening ahead and are looking forward to meeting parents and pupils at the following school uniform events today, Thursday 4th June 2026:

🕓 **Claregate Primary School** – 4:00pm

🕕 **Birches First School** – 6:00pm

Our team will be in attendance at all three events to help with sizing, uniform requirements, ordering, and any questions you may have ahead of the new school year.
