If it sounds too good to be true it usually is.
Those £49 locksmiths advertising at the top of Google are notorious for stinging vulnerable people with huge bills.
Here's a recent bill spotted by a fellow locksmith who confirmed to customer that no parts had actually been changed at all.
If you're looking for a tradesman PLEASE do some research first, ask for recommendations, just don't call the ones paying for sponsored Ads whilst advertising unrealistic prices.

I don't see many of these about.
It was an unusual (bad) design by ERA to address the lock snapping problem however it required specific handles, cylinder and mechanism which worked out a lot more expensive than just swapping to a 3 star euro.
I'm not quite sure what the design team at ERA were thinking with this one. Anyhow, swapped it back to a proper setup so that things will be easier next time there's an issue.
