Are you an experienced Health & Social Care professional looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference?
We’re looking for an organised, motivated and experienced Quality & Compliance Assistant to join our growing and highly reputable domiciliary care team. 💙
💼 The Role
You’ll play an important role in maintaining and improving the quality of our care services, working mainly in the community with some office-based administration.
Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Visiting new and existing service users
✅ Completing care and risk assessments
✅ Creating person-centred support plans
✅ Conducting quality monitoring and care reviews
✅ Carrying out spot checks and field supervisions
✅ Supporting and supervising care workers
✅ Liaising with families, GPs, local authorities and other professionals
✅ Recommending equipment, adaptations and assistive technology
✅ Maintaining accurate and confidential records
✅ Ensuring high standards of care, compliance and service delivery
⭐ About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
✔️ Experience in Health & Social Care
✔️ Previous experience in care planning, monitoring or a senior field-based role
✔️ NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) – preferred
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Good IT and digital skills
✔️ A person-centred approach and a commitment to high-quality care
✔️ A full UK driving licence and access to your own reliable vehicle
⏰ Important Requirements
🚗 Must be a car driver with access to your own vehicle
🇬🇧 Must have the right to work in the UK
🕐 Flexible part-time hours available
📞 Must be available for on-call duties on a rota basis, including weekends
