New month, new week, how are you setting yourself up for success?

For us, we like to:

✅ Check in with our clients and ensure we’re focusing our efforts on the right tasks for the month ahead
✅ Prioritising our own behind the scenes tasks – admin, invoices, it all stacks up if you’re not careful
✅ Making sure our team is fully briefed on their workload and can crack on with the tasks that need the most attention

Planning ahead and getting all our ducks in a row at the start of the month is always worth it as far as we’re concerned.

✅ Don’t overload your to-do list

Keep your to-do list realistic and manageable. Only add what you know you can achieve without rushing, and any additional time you have at the end of your list is a bonus.

✅ Delegate

You won’t have time to do everything yourself, so don’t push yourself to try. Utilise delegation if you have that option – many hands make light work.

✅ Prioritise

What urgently needs to be caught up on? Focus on those tasks first and then work through the rest of your list
