There are approximately 2300+ embroidery businesses and embroidery services in the UK and with many more opening, competition is becoming tough. So what makes one stand out?

In my recent research, one of the top 10 embroidery companies in the UK offer some interesting and competitive deals and embroidery packages. However taking a closer at their prices, I am able to compete on a significant number of items. Being a big company does not always mean a better price and also the larger companies only want the larger quantities and charge heavily for the smaller orders.
I offer one off bespoke pieces alongside larger numbers and I am also happy to embroider items you supply.
Do all these large online companies consider quality over quantity. I do 🙋‍♀️
Quality embroidery and quality clothing is at the heart of what I am passionate about. From maintaining my machines to produce the best embroidery to offering a personal, professional, and local friendly service.
A service where you can choose your thread colours, try on your clothing before production or simply watch the machines running while we have a chat.
I am incredibly flexible and can offer all of the above to a very high standard.
Unlike most businesses these days, online ordering is not available on my website, I understand we have to change with modern times, but for me, this takes away most of the personal, local, bespoke service I want to continue to offer. There is a contact form on my website that is always monitored and you will always receive a reply.
So would you lovely lot consider shopping local, because it doesn’t always mean it’s more expensive.

a first for me! I’ve been in the embroidery industry for over 26 years and this is the first time I have embroidered car mats. So pleased with the result, as was my lovely customer. I had to try it out on one of my car mats before I began…. Yes my car could do with a hoover 🤭😄
