Sea ice conditions looking excellent in the Scoresbysund region of northeast Greenland. Lower than average snowfall so far this winter should help with travel on some of the monster snowmobile journeys we have planned for this season. Can't wait to get out there again in a couple of weeks time.
Scale is approximately 250km x 200km. We'll be heading off the image this winter as we head further north than ever before to inspect our new base at Mestersvig.

Just can't wait!!
18 months of my life was given up to conceptualising, planning and delivering the complex logistics and safety support for this incredible Disney+ docuseries. Linking the world's most famous rock climber Alex Honnold (of "Free Solo" fame) with one of the world's top glaciologists and climate scientists Dr Heidi Sevestre to produce a fascinating and gripping tale of arctic science and adventure in one of the most remote and inhospitable places on Earth, Arctic Greenland. First episode airs 4th Feb on National Geographic TV, Disney+ and Hulu.

The incomparable ‘Harbour Camp’. Home sweet home for two weeks in summer 2022 and hopefully soon to be revealed to the world on screen.
