I'm Naomi, award-winning Founding Director of Calibre Executives.

I'm a mum to 2 young boys, a wife and a big foodie! My goal has always been to help women reach their financial goals faster, while staying connected to the life they want to build.

I founded Calibre Executives to bring a higher standard of remote support to micro and small businesses, particularly within compliance-led industries such as HR, legal, and financial services, where precision and accountability are essential.
