We’re at Pershore!!!
We’re having a lovely morning at the St. Andrews church craft fayre. The Christmas spirit is amongst us and everyone is so jolly already. Come and see some beautiful crafts from some wonderful stalls, we’re here until 2pm.

We’ve been busy crafting lots of lovely gifts for Christmas. Yes I said it!! It’s not that far away!!
We’ve been making hair bobbles, fingerless mittens and lots of Pom Pom’s as well as our soaps, Dorset buttons, candles and wax melts.
We’ve booked in a few craft fairs over the festive period (keep an eye out for us) and renewed our insurance (very important!).
There’s still more candle and wax melt scents that I have just finished testing. Just got to make the batches to go, go, go!!

Oh it’s a busy time but it’s so exciting!! 🥰

As the fruit is ripe and ready to be picked, our fruity Monkey Fart candles need to be picked before the end of the season!
I have 180ml candles, 90ml candles and some rectangular wax melts left.

Someone asked me today “What’s a Dorset button?”

Do you know?

A Dorset button is a heritage craft and they are hand crafted buttons originating in the English county of Dorset. Their manufacture was at a peak between 1622 and 1850, after which they were overtaken by machine-made buttons.
The first Dorset buttons used products of the local sheep farms: ram's horn as a base and locally produced cloth over this. We definitely don’t use sheep horn for our Dorset buttons!
Did you know you can have many designs on a Dorset button (my favourite being the tree of life)? We create different designs as keyrings, pin brooches and bracelets.
