# # Service Requirement Headline:
Carry out service in line with TGB policies and procedures, ensuring accurate data is reported and following best practices.
# # Driver Associate Specification:
- Able to travel to and from depot based in Droitwich
- Load and unload goods safely from van
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure maximum effort when attempting deliveries
- Proceed with designated route as per handheld device navigation
- Providing safe deliveries while being respectful of delivery locations
- Report any incidents and ensure strong communications with TGB
- Provide a high level of customer service when with TGB's clients/partners, as well as the end clients (The customers who you will be delivering too)
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance before starting route and after route completion.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
*** Requirements***
- Proof of Identification
- Must have Full UK driving license with maximum of 6 points (No active IN, DR or TT codes)
- Able to lift packages up to 23kg
- Able to use handheld device and deliver as per service levels set
Rates:
- Day Rate of £119.20 (after deduction for van hire)
- Performance Bonuses for:
4 days - you can earn an extra £20 a week
5 days - you can earn an extra £35 a week
6 days - you can earn an extra £50 a week
