As the sun went down at The Threshing Barn, after welcoming 120 lovely people into our garden 🪴
We’re reflecting on why the weekend was so important ☀️☀️

The National Garden Scheme raises funds for amazing charities and together with the fabulous volunteers from the Grace Kelly Childhood Cancer Trust who coordinated refreshments ☕️ 🍰 - we’ve raised around £1000 for the NGS and GKCCT

Such a lovely weekend and the biggest thank you needs to go to those who visited and generously donated 🧡🐞💜 🙏🙏🙏

This week has got off to a relaxed start with our 11 month old kittens reflecting on how LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is great for working through complex challenges, developing team cohesion, enhancing creativity and even for project management. What a brilliant 2 days at Motorola Solutions delivering a bespoke Strategic Leadership Excellence for Senior Managers as part of a tailored talent development programme.

We revisited our Insights learning with the Insights Discovery Transformational Leadership profiles, explored authentic leadership, leading through purpose and delved into some creativity work too 💡

It is a real privilege to work with such committed leaders 😇😊

Joined by the fabulous actors from Nelson Training Rob Joiner and Lorraine Simms, we looked into positive communication and influencing. The characters Jeff & Sandra were in full flow and you can bet we gave Jeff the manager, some feedback about his finger pointing 👉🏻
Great practice sessions followed and more confidence all round 🏆🌟
