🦖We’re delighted to have once again worked with Bents Garden & Home to make way for a fabulous summer attraction.
🦕 We acted for the business to secure permission for a dinosaur trail installation, which opens next week.
🦖 Dinosaurs in the Hidden Garden is expected to attract around 24,500 visitors over a 68-day period, with up to 500 visitors a day at its peak.
🦕 The permission itself allows the installation of life-sized model dinosaurs with marquees for educational activities, a covered refreshments area and another to house a small play area.
🦖 Dinosaurs in the Hidden Garden opens next Wednesday!

A week on from last week’s Budget, garden centres and farm shops may be breathing a sigh of relief following the news that the government plans to permanently lower tax rates for Retail, Hospitality and Leisure properties.

But, Chris Primett warns, that’s not the whole story. With the Draft Rating List for 2026 having also been released, businesses need to brace themselves for a surge in Rateable Values when it comes into force on April 1st next year.
